Thoughts from Craig

The philosophies and principles that I write about in  No Bad Team play themselves out every day in the workplace and the playing fields.

Teamwork and a focus on the fundamentals are not a quarterly promotion or a yearly initiative. They are either in the foundation of your team or your organization or they are not.  Inconsistent teamwork and focus on the fundamentals are all too commonplace.

Some of you are fortunate enough to work with leaders and organizations who believe and live the values of teamwork and the fundamentals.  Some of you are not as fortunate.  Below you will some of my thoughts, true first hand experiences and some stories that have been passed on to me.

What a team, brand, person, or organization  says it stands for and what they actually do makes for some interesting reading.
